Princess Reiki Update - Sassy Cat!

Reiki has been part of our family  for a little over 2 months now. She looked sassy today, so I decided to take her picture to show how great she is doing! Her eye has fully opened but she can't see out of it.
Her new thing, besides chasing poor Bailey dog, is to sit on the back of my computer chair when I write. Here she is on the chair, love the look on her beautiful face!

  1. I love the story of how she found you. Is she still a foster or have you adopted her?

  2. Thanks Diane. I can't adopt her, so she is a permanent foster kitty with us! LOL.

  3. You would be surprised how often fosters become permanents. I volunteer with a cat rescue. You have probably seen some of my FB posts (yes, I’m that Diane) with cats in need of homes. You do know about the low cost animal spay and neuter programs in the county, right? I like your blog. I’m glad you are sharing. I have really let mine go. Maybe you will be an inspiration to get back into it.

  4. Because of work regulations, I can not ever officially adopt her but she will be staying with us forever! :-) I do know of one place that's a low cost but feel free to send the information anyway so I can post it on here! When you start blogging again, let me know!

  5. That’s crazy. As if getting a cat is a financial gain. It’s a financial drain! I’m a state employee, so I get avoiding even the appearance of impropriety.
Here are the low cost clinics in Central and South:

There is one in the North but I think it’s for low income only.
    Blessings!
